I’m thrilled to share that I’ve recently accepted to serve as a board member of GOLDEN BOOTS UGANDA!
I’ve long admired the dedication and hard work of comrade Mo Kisirisa and his previous work at Action for Fundamental Change and Development /AFFCAD/
You see, I met Kisirisa in 2011, when I was a full time staff at Straight Talk Foundation. At the time, he was the vocal kid from the slums who wanted to transform living conditions in Kampala’s poorest slum areas. And oh boy, did he pull it off with AFFCAD.
3 years ago, Kisirisa founded Golden Boots, an NGO pioneering new ways of improving the lives of young people through sport.
This mission humbles me and speaks true to the very beliefs I hold as a radical entrepreneur.
I’m incredibly excited to contribute my knowledge and expertise to this remarkable team.
